Indiana Equality
The mission of Indiana Equality (IE), a 501(c)3 organization, is to end discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity in Indiana. IE, the educational counterpart to Indiana Equality Action, seeks nondiscrimination by facilitating and coordinating the efforts of the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender (LGBT) and allied communities. IE focuses its efforts through a number of activities and programs including issues engagement, community mobilization, a speakers’ bureau, and research. Tax deductible contributions to Indiana Equality help fund activities that result in progress in equality for all Hoosiers.

Northeast Indiana Transgender Support Group
The purpose of this group is to let people who are transgendered, have an interest in transgenderism, or have chance to be in contact with someone who is transgendered learn more about this unique phenomonon, to empower these same individuals with knowledge in a concise, orderly and useful fashion, and to provide a unique location for gathering information on local and regional resources.
Rural Center for AIDS/STD Prevention
The Rural Center for AIDS/STD Prevention a joint center with IU, Purdue and Texas A&M has prevention resources available free of charge. The major focus of the Rural Center for AIDS/STD Prevention (RCAP) is the promotion of HIV/STD prevention in rural America, with the goal of reducing HIV/STD incidence. The RCAP develops and evaluates educational materials and approaches, examines the behavioral and social barriers to HIV/STD prevention which can be applied to revention programming and provides prevention resources to professionals and the public.
